Accessibility On the main floor level there is bedroom 2 main entrance, main wc, kitchen, lounge, dining room which leads straight out onto terrace. Please note there are wide steps at front of the house.
Outside Large terrace areas with all day sun, around a private heated 8x4 meter kidney shaped swimming pool. The villa has good quality outdoor furniture, outside dining table and chairs to seat 8 under a large pergola with tie back curtains, 6 sun loungers with luxury cushions, 3 sunshades, brick built BBQ, covered area with large L shaped rattan sofa, cushions, and coffee table.
Coast/Beach The local Del Duque beach which is in front of the Bahia Del Duque hotel is the most elegant and also one of the closest beaches to the villa approx 5 min drive. This is a very beautiful beach kept in immaculate condition with many restaurants nearby. Fanabe beach 5 min. Playa las Americas beach 5 min. Los Cristianos 5 mins - all approximate times.
Golf There are many golf courses close by. The nearest being the championship golf course Costa Adeje (PGA standard) 2km, Abama golf (pro highly rated) 10km, Las Americas golf 4km.
Travel Local airport Tenerife south 20 mins drive. Car or taxi is recommended.
Distances The north of the island and Mount Teide volcano are within a 1 hour drive.
