This delightful detached villa is located at the end of a small cul-des-sac in a water front position with enviable views of the coastline including Corralejo's sea front area, the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote in the distance. The famous Dunes beaches with there long sweeping white sands are within easy walking distance of the villa. All the amenities of Corralejo are close to hand, including the recently opened amusement park.
The accommodation, which is all on one level consists of a living room with comfy sofas and dining area. Entertainment is provided by a Digital Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. An archway leads to the fitted kitchen with is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. A corridor from the living room gives access to the master double bedroom which as an en-suite bathroom and double patio doors to the covered terrace, facing the sea. There are also two twin bedrooms sharing a separate family shower room. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The furniture and equipment throughout the villa is of a high standard. Outside, to the rear of the villa, accessed from the living room, there is a spacious open sun terrace and gardens with lawns surrounding the 7m x 4m swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps for easy access. The brick built barbeque is conveniently located next to the covered terrace to form an idea ‘Alfresco' dining area. Privacy is provided by a high wall. The property has pleasant, mature gardens with Palm trees to offer shade. Sun beds, patio furniture and parasols also provided. The villa is within fully enclosed grounds and is accessed through electrically operated gates with off road parking for two cars.

Our second visit in October, It was a fabulous villa, on the coast, we woke up to the sea every morning, the villa was very well equiped, and had everything we needed. We used the transfer service which was very good and our Reprsentative Coleen was the best, she knew everything about the Island and was a great help. On arrival at the villa we couldn't fault a thing; it was lovely, just what we wanted, somewhere to relax for a week in a quiet location and that was exactly what we got. We walked into Corralejo town centre every night. We used the Robins Nest Bar alot to in the evening to drink at as they had live music which would suit all ages. All in all the Villa was somewhere i would definately go to again and would recommend to anyone who wanted to go self catering in Fuerteventura. Thanks again. Mr Faulkner 06/01/2010
The Villa is in a fantastic location if like us, you like to be near the beach and hire a car. The view from the villa is outstanding and the glass panels are an excellent feature enabling you to enjoy the views whilst sheltering from the winds. The cleaning service was excellent as was the welcome from Colleen on our first morning. The area for site seeing and eating out again very good. Eveyone that we meet or asked for assitance always were very accomodating. would certainly recommend it to family and friends. I would book again when I start looking for my next holiday. Mrs Helkin 16/3/11
We had a lovely time at the house and it has a great location, close to some really nice beaches, walking distance to the flag beach and the town centre, We loved the little beach near the Chill-out bar. Mrs Jakobsen 30/03/11
