This is a luxurious villa to rent in the exclusive resort of Callao Salvaje, Tenerife.

Numerous high-class restaurants and bars, excursion centre, money exchange, banks, supermarkets, tea rooms, taxi ranks, sea front, etc. The villa is located in Callao Salvaje, an upmarket area in Costa Adeje, just 5 mins from Costa Adeje Golf Course. The resorts of Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Playa San Juan are all within a 10 minute taxi ride.
Externally, the villa has a large secluded sunbathing area which come equipped with sunloungers and also has a seating area for 6 people for al fresco dining. It also has several terraces.
The pool available for private use only and as you would expect from villa of this quality is immaculate. Surrounding the pool there are numerous sunloungers and again a large terraced area for dining whether it be lunch by the pool or making use of the built in BBQ for evening dining at sunset.
The villa also has parking for several vehicles.
Internally the villa does not dissappoint as it furnished to the highest of standards and with a full marble interior.
As you enter the lounge area you are greeted with a large open plan space includes the dining area with table and seating for 6 people and also the lounge area. The lounge comes with large comfortable sofas, TV, Satellite or cable and a DVD player. The bedrooms are similar in style and all include a large double bed and luxury fitted double wardrobes.
