This semi detached unusual property is situated on a complex in the heart of Las Americas only 200 metres from the beach. The Villa has for your outside living a private terrace which has a small pool , Jacuzzi, sun lounger's, patio furniture and BBQ. Also situated on this complex is a large pool (heated during winter) with pool bar. This villa which resembles a traditional townhouse is on 3 levels and has air conditioning in most rooms. 1st floor consists of 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite. The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge, microwave, table and chairs for 4, also on this level is another double bedroom, bathroom, utility room with washing machine and a large split level lounge/diner which consists of a table and chairs for 6, sofas and chairs, TV with BBC1, BBC2 ITV C4 AND C5 plus 2 movie channels. LOCATION
The Villa is situated on the very popular complex of Paraiso Royal, which is based in the central area of Las Americas and only 200 metres from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. Communal pool is heated during the months of October through to May. The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks. Also there is a number of sun lounger's for your enjoyment.
