This villa is just 100 metres from the nearest beach of ensenada pelada and in a quiet residential area. The large patio doors from the lounge open onto the terrace and swimming pool area were there are sunbeds to bathe the days away, and a barbecue to enjoy a bit of outdoor cooking. Situated a 15 minute stroll down the sea front to the town or 5 minutes by car, taxis/public transport are available.
Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with bath/shower over, WC, bidet, twin sinks. Bathroom 2 with WC, sink unit. Kitchen: The kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Living Rooms: The lounge area has 3 piece-suite English TV DVD/video is also provided so no chance of missing the soaps. The living area has also air conditioning. Other: A dining table and chairs are just off the living room area. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Bath towels and linen are provided and also beach towels.
Notes on accommodation This accommodation is also suitable for families with young children,with fitted safety gates throughout, cot, highchair, play mat, inflatables for the pool and also pool volley ball for a bit of family fun. We also have a baby sitting service at an additional charge. Please note! The owners of the villa live in the lower basement apartment and are on hand if the need arises. This will not have any detrimental affect whatsoever on the privacy of your stay. Outside We have a private swimming pool of 7.5m x 3.5m which is fully heated and sun beds where you can relax and soak up the sun from morning until night. The BBQ is charcoal and easy to use. The dining terrace has a table and chairs that will accommodate 6 people with plenty of space. Parking is directly outside the property. Coast/Beach The beach in El Medano is renowned for being the longest in Tenerife, the water is very shallow and ideal for small children and has been awarded the blue flag for tourism over the last few years. Golf For you golfers The Golf del Sur course is only 15 Min's away. Travel Reina Sofia airport 10 minutes drive away. A car would be an advantage. Contact the owner for further details on the best way to reach this property. Distances El Medano is a nice 15 minutes walk down the sea front, 5 Min's by car. Further details El Medano is a friendly village which boasts many many bars and restaurants, many on the sea front, or around the village square. The town is very friendly, with a welcoming 'Relaxed' Atmosphere. The natural beaches of El Medano boast 'Blue Flag' reputation and are particularly suitable for families and sun-worshippers alike! you can climb Red Mountain or you can simply stroll the Promenade and enjoy the Stunning Views!
There are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, chemists, speciality shops, boutiques and a local market every Saturday in the main square that is worth a visit!
El Medano is typically canary and quite unlike some of the resorts you would normally associate with Tenerife. For the sporty people windsurfing, kite surfing are the norm here, and for you golfers the Golf Del Sur course is only 15 mins away.
