This beautiful detached villa has been recently refurbished and furnished to a high specification throughout. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, lounge, large heated pool, terrace and furniture are all new. The kitchen includes oven/hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. The lounge/diner has a large L-shaped sofa, matching dining table and chairs, and TV (The TV only plays DVDs). Within walking distance is a local DVD shop with many films on offer. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom and single bedroom both have en-suite bathrooms. There are beautiful views of the ocean (and sunset) from the terrace/pool area and lounge/diner. (If you are holidaying in Tenerife during the winter we strongly recommend that you choose a villa with a heated pool since the temperature in the pool will drop in that season.) Spa facilities, pitch & putt and tennis is available at the nearby Callao Sport hotel.

Sueño Azul is in a quiet residential area of southern resort of Callao Salvaje. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other areas in Tenerife. The villa is a 5-10 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. and 10 minutes away from the nearest beach. The beach itself is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. The resort is 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos areas. Taxis and buses are easily available for those wishing to venture out. Adeje Golf course complex is only a 10 minute drive away. There is a nearby tennis club. Ideal for families.

We had fantastic 11 days in the villa.
Everything was present in the house, everything was clean, pool was lovely and private.Our three months old son has really enjoyed the holiday in Tenerife. Good service, good communication, contact persons are within reach. The weather was also good, we had in October between 23 and 28 degrees. This is definitely worth repeating!

The villa is in a quiet location, simply furnished with all facilities on the ground floor. It is very private with a lovely view over the ocean and a very clean well-maintained swimming pool. There were a few minor maintenance issues and we felt the linen and towels could do with replacing (points since raised with the owner) but these only slightly detracted from our enjoyment of our two week stay in February. If renting the villa it is worth noting that although it is suitable for 55+ the walk from the parking area to the villa would be a problem for those with mobility problems. Also if renting in the winter months it can be cold at night so you might want to bring some warm clothing.

We have stayed in Callao Salvaje several times and this is definitely our favourite. The villa is spacious, private, clean and has a sea-breezy feeling to it. It is simple, but elegantly furbished. It very much offers outdoor living. We had BBQs most days. The pool is a great size, big enough for swimming but small enough for our young kids to feel safe in and have fun. Not having TV channels was fine since we were forewarned by the owner and we brought DVDs. There is also a DVD shop nearby from which we rented DVDs also. I would recommend a car if you are planning to travel round a bit, but if you are just planning to stay-put, I would not bother as there are many restaurants and bars that are all walking distance.

We stayed for a week at this lovely villa and it had everything we needed. The pool was very clean and was a definite bonus for cooling down from the Tenerife heat. From the pool area you can look out across the ocean and if you're lucky get to see some fantastic sunsets.
Within 10 minutes walk you have plenty of bars, restuarants and small supermarkets to accommodate your holiday needs. If you like the larger resorts then you can easily catch a bus from the main town centre.
Would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay.
