Guests wanting to be close to Puerto del Carmen centre yet a little away from its bustle will appreciate this contemporary villa. Offering convenient access to the resort seafront, it enjoys a tranquil residential setting where little disturbs the peace and calm.
One of a semi-detached pair - the other being Villa Geno - the Alicia offers quality accommodation. Standing on a gentle hill, its grounds are prettily laid with dark volcanic stones, whilst its rear terrace features a delightful small pool and tiled surrounds well equipped with sunloungers and patio furniture.
Extending over two storeys, all the rooms are furnished in modern style, including the bedrooms, which have fitted wardrobes. The upstairs hall and twin bedroom both connect to a large sunny balcony overlooking the pool. Back at ground level, the rear terrace is enclosed by walls and along with a small terrace attached to the modern kitchen, provides ample space for lounging in the sunshine.
A short walk brings you a supermarket and further on, local bars and restaurants. The Alicia is also ideally placed for enjoying the beach and nightlife along Puerto's seafront, under a kilometre down the hill. Since the Alicia and Geno neighbour each other, they make a great choice for two families or groups wanting to holiday close by.

Puerto del Carmen is Lanzarote's liveliest resort. You can stretch out on the broad expanse of golden sand at the main beach 'Playa Grande', then take a stroll along the promenade to the many cafe-bars, gift shops and restaurants. When the sun goes down, you can dance the night away at one of the music bars and discos. Across the other side of town is the old fishing harbour, with a charming square where you can sit and enjoy fresh fish dishes at an array of fine Canarian restaurants.
