Just a stroll from sandy Matagorda beach in Puerto del Carmen, this beautiful single storey villa is modern and stylishly furnished with many appealing features. The rooms are light, sunny and designed in beautiful contemporary style, with soft pastels and neutral colours blending with dark polished wood furniture, warm terracotta tiled floors and large windows. The villas location also affords it lovely sea views, giving it a distinctly relaxing air.
In keeping with the rest of the interior, the immaculate sitting-dining room is furnished to a high standard and equipped with air-conditioning, whilst the large kitchen is fitted in dark wood and boasts every possible appliance, including a coffee maker and dishwasher. The main bedroom also benefits from air-conditioning and a lovely ensuite, whilst the two remaining bedrooms are fresh and comfortable. Externally, the villa sits within fair-sized grounds, mostly taken up by cool tiled terraces lined by colourful flowerbeds. Here, you will find plenty of space for relaxing on the supplied sunloungers, together with a delightful barbecue area and shaded terrace for escaping from the sun.
Matagorda shopping centre is close by for when you want a change from sunbathing and swimming and the main attractions of Puerto del Carmen are, of course, easily accessible.

Set on Lanzarote's eastern shoreline, this pleasant resort has a gentle pace complemented by an excellent range of facilities. Here you'll find a pretty sandy beach and plentiful shops, cafes and bars. If you fancy a change of scene, nearby Playa de los Pocillos has another sandy beach as well as watersports and tennis. Puerto del Carmen, one of the island's livelier resorts with an abundance of night-life and shopping, is just up the coast. Because Matagorda is situated close to the airport, you may experience some aircraft noise.
