Steps up to villa from roadway. Peaceful location in quiet cul de sac road only 10 mins. walk to shops. Has benefit of air-conditioning throughout. TV with English satellite channels, DVD player and hi-fi. BBQ. Studio apartment with shower room at roadside level with kitchen facilities sleeping 2 persons in a double bed and has a fold down sofa bed suitable for one child. Sleeping maximum of 10 adults. Lovely alfresco dining area on large terrace near the BBQ where first class views of the sunset over the ocean can be viewed every evening. No smoking in villa.

Kitchen: Good sized kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, dishwasher, water filter system for drinking water. Utility Room: Washing machine and safe. Living Rooms: Spacious lounge with patio windows leading onto pool terrace with TV with amount of English satellite channels, DVD player, music system, air conditioning, comfortable sofas. Leading into dining room area with patio windows leading onto pool terrace. Other: Good sized hallway with sofa which could be used as a fold down extra bed. Travel cot and cot bedding and high chair can be supplied. Roof terrace with really superb sea views. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen included. Mid week towel change. End of week total linen change and part clean. Extra cleaning can be ordered if required - at small extra cost. If beach towels required for around pool area please request this.

Coast/Beach Callao Salvaje has small cove with beach of black sand and pebble and is only a short walk away from the villa. Only a 10 minute drive away there is a larger man made beach near La Caleta.
Golf There are two prestigious golf courses only 10 mins drive away from the villa. Towards La Caleta there is Adeje Golf Course and in the other direction heading towards San Juan there is Abama Golf Course.
Travel Nearest airport is Reina Sofia Tenerife South airport - approx. 30 minutes drive from Callao Salvaje. Taxis easily available at airport. Airport transfers can be arranged - please ask for details.
Distances Callao Salvaje is within easy distance of busy tourist area of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos which are only approx. 10 minutes drive away. It is a good setting off point to all areas. Has a regular bus service to all areas.
Further details Callao Salvaje has a good number of really excellent restaurants. There are bars which give lively entertainment or quiet relaxation bars to view the sunset over the Island of La Gomera. There are three banks, shops and plenty of supermarkets to choose from. Tennis courts. Gymnasium.
One of the main benefits of Callao Salvaje is its peaceful location - on the ocean front - only 10 mins drive away from the busier resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos and only 30 mins drive from the airport. Callao Salvaje has a nice village type atmosphere with very friendly people.
