A simply amazing villa built in traditional Cypriot style and offering every amenity for that perfect family holiday. Beautifully constructed in natural stone and consists of the main three bedroomed property with a separate brand new self contained studio apartment with its own "hot tub."
Set on the edge of a small private development of just eleven houses known as Lithos Village, it offers complete privacy surrounded by mature gardens and high hedges. The views are breathtaking to the rear where the pool and sun terraces are situated.
The main entrance leads to a small hall with cloakroom and then into the most comfortably furnished lounge with new leather seating, satellite TV (limited channels) and Sony playstation 2. Patio doors lead out onto the pool area, which gives a light airy feel to the living accommodation. An archway leads to the kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and once again patio doors open onto the terrace. The air-conditioned master bedroom suite is situated on this level and has a four poster double bed with large en-suite bathroom featuring a two person Jacuzzi bath, plus a separate sauna.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and to two further air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a twin with patio doors to a private balcony and those stunning views over the valley and this has a lovely family shower room with WC adjacent. The second is a pretty double with four poster bed and patio doors onto yet another private balcony and this has a full bathroom en-suite.
Outside this really is a little oasis very rarely found in a private villa. Spacious sun terraces surround the walk-in infinity pool with shallow end graduating to a maximum depth of 2 metres (young children must be supervised around the pool area). The pool has built in bar area with seating and an ornate water feature, plus a built in stone Jacuzzi to the side of the pool for your added enjoyment. For your outside dining pleasure there is a brick built barbeque and "kleftico" oven.
From the main entrance a path leads down to "Aphrodite's Love Nest", a studio apartment, which has been built into the ravine below the main house. It is completely self contained and air-conditioned and the front of the property has floor to ceiling patio windows maximising the fantastic views to the sea and valley below. It is open plan in design with fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful stone arched wine cellar feature, formal dining area and a most comfortably furnished lounge with leather suite, DVD player and TV (local channels). At the end of the studio is the sleeping area, which has a double bed and shower room with WC.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned at no extra charge.
Finally there is a large garden area with well furnished stone terraces and a covered patio where the hot tub Jacuzzi is found. A simply incredible place to sit, relax and watch the sun set over the sea.
Due to the facilities available at this villa there is a breakage deposit of 200 pounds payable.
