Situated in the most breathtaking location high up on the hillside overlooking the sea and rolling landscape. This gracious property offers peace and privacy, which is hard to find with many holiday villas. The unspoilt village of Kissonerga with its excellent choice of local shops, supermarket and restaurants is just over a mile away. The livelier Coral Bay resort and beach is approximately 4 miles.
So what makes this villa so special? Firstly the location. Panoramic views as far as the Akamas peninsular to the front, pretty villages and mountains to the side and rear and mandarin groves all round.
Secondly the house itself. The tiled entrance leads into a spacious hallway with cloakroom and then extends into a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with two sets of patio doors leading out onto the front terrace and pool area. There is a satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, CD player and Sony Play Station 2 for your added enjoyment. The beautifully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
An inner hall leads to the first of the bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, a double with TV and en-suite shower and WC. This has patio doors to the front terrace. The second bedroom on this level is a family room with kingsize double and three quarter size bed, again with TV and this has full bathroom en-suite and patio doors to the front terrace.
Stairs lead to the first floor and three further bedrooms. The master double has TV, full bathroom en-suite, dressing area and patio doors to a balcony overlooking the pool and sea in the distance. Next is a twin with TV, shower and WC en-suite and patio doors to a small shared balcony. Finally the fifth bedroom is also a twin with TV, full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto the shared balcony and a further balcony with mountain views.
The house is air-conditioned throughout at no extra charge.
Outside and to the front is the large 12 metre pool, which is set amongst glorious sun terraces. There is a shallow end for children and the pool is gated off for extra safety. An added feature to the terrace is the Jacuzzi hot tub and brick built barbeque. Imagine those incredible sunsets as you wine and dine overlooking the coastline or relax in the hot tub at midnight. A really special place for that great family holiday.
