Situated in the pretty village of Kissonerga between Paphos and Coral Bay in a convenient location; walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, bus stop, the local beach(Vardas beach) and the centre of Kissonerga village.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living /dining /kitchen area, with comfortable leather 3 seater ,2seater sofas, plus armchair . There is also satellite TV (limited channels),DVD video recorder, C.D/radio/cassette, many books and games and also offering free internet access .Guests are advised to bring their own laptop.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances including electric oven /hob,fridge/freezer ,microwave ,dishwasher washing machine ,kettle, toaster, coffee maker ,crockery ,cultery ,glasses pots pans and water cooler.
Patio doors lead to pool terrace.
There is also a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room ( so it is suitable for people who might struggle with stairs.) A separate guest cloakroom completes the accommodation on this level.
Marble stairs lead to the first floor and the remaining two bedrooms . The master bedroom which has double bed dressing area baby cot and ensuite shower facilities plus a twin bedroom with ensuite shower facility and dressing area . Both upstairs bedrooms have private balconies which you can relax and enjoy the magnificent sea view ,the countryside and the magical sunset over the sea .
The villa is equipped with a safety deposit box and hair dryer. Also : baby equipment (cot ,high chair ,baby car seat )is available free of charge. There two Child stair gates at the top and the bottom of stairs for added safety.
Air conditioning for both cooling and heating is available in all bedrooms and living area .
Outside, there is parking at the side of villa and a private swimming pool(8x4m) surrounded by well tended and beautiful garden .There are roman steps in the shallow end of pool making it ideal for children and elderly persons .The pool is surrounded by well tended and mature gardens with lawns and flowers. There is also a pool shower, sun beds, umbrellas, table and chairs plus a brick built barbecue.
Although the car is not essential but recommend if you want to explore Cyprus.There is a bus services that connects Kissonerga with Paphos town and the sandy beach at Coral Bay .
On arrival at the villa, you will find a welcome pack which consists of bread, jam, butter, juice, tea,water , coffee, milk, sugar cheese ham eggs fruits and two bottles of wine(red and white), this is included in the price.
This villa is ideal for all ages whilst you enjoy a magical sunset and a relaxing and memorable beach holiday.
