The apartment is on the first floor of a small residence just across the road from the beach in Juan les Pins. The views are unrestricted in both directions along the coast and the situation makes this apartment an ideal holiday location particularly if you do not want to have a car, although there is unreserved parking available within the access way and behind secure gates. The apartment has been completely re-furbished since its recent acquisition and the living area incorporates a lovely kitchen with breakfast bar and chairs, double aspect windows, with two sliding patio doors giving access to the balcony overlooking the beach. An exterior table and chairs makes dining outside a pleasure with the backdrop of the Mediterranean.
