This two bedroom apartment is in the ground floor of a Provenal style private villa in Le Trayas, and so benefits from having a private pool (10m x 4.5m), garden and wonderful sea views. The rest of the villa would not be used while this apartment was rented and the garage would also be available for clients. Le Trayas is on the boundary of the Parc National de lEsterel and within a few minutes drive of the sandy beach of Miramar. Cannes is only 20 minutes drive with its famous Croisette, designer shops and chic cafs. The apartment has very big rooms with the main double bedroom having en suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and there is a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, micro-wave, fridge and freeze box. The dining / living area leads out onto a covered terrace which is ideal for eating out and overlooks the swimming pool as well as enjoying the stunning views.
