The kitchen has pale grey units, with dishwasher, combination micro-wave/oven, and washer/dryer. A sunny terrace is at the rear of the apartment where there is early morning sunshine and again mid afternoon to the evening. The rear of the building is shielded from the avenue behind with high green hedging and there is some noise from local commuters. Loungers, patio furniture, awning for outdoor dining. 2 TVs one with satellite and one with cable. The Fleur de Lys has beautifully landscaped and floodlit gardens, and there is an internal pool that has large patio windows open during the summer, sauna and jacuzzi.
