A two-bedroomed apartment situated in a superbly kept Residence in the Parc de la Badine in the heart of Antibes. The grounds are quite extensive with lawns, flowerbeds and mature shrubs and trees. Although the apartment is ideal for 4, 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the convertible rollout sofa in the living area, or alternatively on the two convertible chairs also in the lounge. Kitchen is equipped with electric oven, gas hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, and washing machine. A small table and stools is large enough for breakfast and there is a door from the kitchen to a separate small balcony convenient for drying clothes or to have breakfast in the morning sun. The apartment benefits from the morning sun at the rear and from the afternoon and evening sun on the lounge balcony, making it ideal to take dinner outside. There is a secure underground parking space (No.36) as well as additional unreserved parking spaces within the grounds. A Casino supermarket is within walking distance. It takes about 10 - 15 mins. to walk into the centre of Antibes from the Residence. An ideal apartment for a family holiday in a very sought-after area.
