Notes on accommodation This property is an old chateau and the home of the proprietors and the character of the place is in the patina, decor and ageing fabric of the building. There may be things that are not perfect to some eyes, but we trust that this patina which we esteem greatly will be respected by children and parents alike. There are wooden oak polished parquet floors throughout and we ask that guests use indoor shoes for inside and outside ones for outside - wet and /or bare feet and all spilled liquids necessitate extra cleaning of the floors which we prefer not to have to do! In winter, there are woodburning stoves throughout which help the oil fired partial central heating system, and we supply your wood, but it can feel colder than perhaps you are accustomed in modern heated houses - so come prepared. Please read our House Rules which are designed to help and guide you in maximising the pleasure of your stay - sorry no pets allowed.
Amenities/Facilities provided hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, telephone, internet access, central heating, cot, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests), pool heating
