This excellent *** hotel is in a truly wonderful location on the edge of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, secretly nestling into the Mediterranean coastline, a mere stone's throw away from a gorgeous fine sand beach and just a few minutes from Sainte-Maxime.
The hotel enjoys an idyllic natural environment in the heart of a tropical-looking botanical garden. The bougainvilleas, laurels and orange trees mingle with the parasol pines and the palm trees offering an amazing contrast of colours. Built in the shape of an amphitheatre around the outdoor swimming pool and the heated indoor swimming pool, the whole of the hotel opens out onto the terraces and the gardens by glass walls offering extraordinary brightness.

Your children are welcome at the hotel all the year round and especially at the “Les Pitchouns” club in July – August. Our chef concocts suitable children's menus.
All of our rooms are comfortable and modern. They offer a typically southern simplicity although without sacrificing any of the comfort you would expect from a three-star hotel. Most of them have a balcony or a terrace. They are all air-conditioned and have a television, telephone and radio, along with a hairdryer in the bathroom.

There is a warm atmosphere in bar's lounges created by the racy yet refined decor. The brown furniture, the red ochre lime coloured walls and the tapestries imported from faraway countries all help to you relax and get away from it all. If you would like to get into step with the gentle pace of life in Provence and fancy drinking a glass of pastis out in the sunshine, just take a few steps and you will find two palm trees opening the way out onto a magnificent terrace where forged iron and mosaics set the tone.
Yellow, red and green make up the palette of bright colours chosen to deck our restaurant out with all the cheerfulness of Provençal decor. The chef draws his inspiration from traditional sunny recipes in which he uses garlic, basil, thyme and, of course, olive oil. There is a wide range of delicious dishes available at lunchtimes, served in the shadow of an arbour on the terrace and by candlelight as the cicadas conduct the orchestra in the evening.
