Maison Sol is a modern and spacious four bedroom semi detached villa with private pool located in the suburb of famous wine village Rivesaltes, 10 min away from Perpignan and 15 min from marvellous Mediterranean beaches. Description: House 140 m2 on 2 levels with swimming pool, walled in garden and lockable gates. Ground level: living room & dining room w/large open kitchen and open fireplace. Dining table seats eight. 1 bedroom, separate bathroom w/shower and WC. French windows to terrace and garden. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 w/AC), bathroom w/ bidet, bathtub and WC. Equipment: Appliances incl. oven, induction top w/4 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, domestic iron. Ample supply of crockery, dishes and kitchen utensils. Bedding: 2 single beds in three bedrooms, 1 bed in 4th. Bed linen is available as are towels (not beach towels). Geographical situation: Rivesaltes is located 10 km north of Perpignan, 5 min from Perpignan Airport (Ryan Air / Air France). Distances to other airports are: Barcelona (2 hrs), Carcassonne or Gerona (1 hr), Montpellier (1.5 hrs). Marvellous Mediterranean beaches are 15 km away; choose between Leucate-Canet-Barcares-or St.Cyprien) Car is recommended. Activities: Walking distance to: Tennis courts, large indoor pool and horse riding. Area excellent for Bicycling. 8 golf courses within 1 hr (nearest 20 min). Rental includes gas, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, linen and bath towels. Weekly bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday. Access from 4pm, departure by 10.00 am. Other changeover days will be considered on request.
