MIMIZAN is located in the heart of the largest forest in Europe, in an area well known for its gastronomy, 70km south of Arcachon. The resort is also called "Perle de la Cote d'argent" (the pearl of the silver coast) thanks to the beauty of the landscape and the beaches. Mimizan is a quiet and relaxing #resort which benefits from its closeness to the lakes of the Landes region.

The residence is situated 50m from the ocean, by the south beach (plages sud) sand dunes, and 600m from the nearest shops.
The residence is made up of four 4-storey buildings.

- Indoor heated swimming pool. - Loan of high chair and baby bath (subject to availability, state at time of booking). ACCOMMODATION EQUIPPED WITH : kitchenette with microwave, bathroom, furnished balcony or terrace. The 2 bedroom apartments sleeping 6 have a dishwasher as well.
