A beautiful villa constructed in 2004 in a peaceful location with a heated pool . The villa is set in gardens of 1300 sq m facing south east.
There is a comfortable living room and a large dining room ( 70 sq m ) , well equipped kitchen. Facing south are two ground floor double bedrooms . The master bedroom has a 1.6m double bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and double sinks & dressing room . The second double has a TV, shower and washbasin.
Also there are two bedrooms with 3 single beds on the first floor. Plus a 30 sqm mezzanine with a further divan bed.

The lovely swimming pool is 8x4 and heated to 28° . It can be covered by a rolling blind. There is teak garden furniture on the sun terrace and a table allowing outdoor dining for 10 persons.
Hair chair and cot available on request. For the kids there are swings , slide and plenty of games.
This is a superb villa and represents excellent value for a family holiday in 2010.

The villa is situated 5 kms from the sea which can be reached by bicycle on the special cycle tracks . The seaside village of St Marc has fine sandy beaches and plenty of shops and restaurants. A little further is the bay of La Baule with its immense beach . Just 20 kms away is medieval Guérande . There is much to discover and enjoy in this area between Brittany and the Vendee.
