The mediaeval village with its numerous restaurants and boutiques is within easy walking distance. Valbonne itself is situated approximately 25 minutes from Nice Airport and conveniently located 15 minutes from both Antibes and Cannes. Monaco is a 40 minute drive with the Italian border town of Ventimiglia under an hour away.

The village of Valbonne is utterly charming and the location of the property means that it is merely a short walk to the center of the village however the location of the villa is totally calm. Having previously lived on the coast in Antibes, I can honestly say that being in Valbonne during the summer months particularly, provides an escape from the onslaught of tourists while being close enough to the coast to enjoy it's facilities. As for the area in general apart from it's natural beauty it is wonderfully located for day trips limited only to your imagination whether it be Monaco or the markets of Italy, the southern Alpine villages, skiing, walking, golf or water sports, wonderful gorges ...the list goes on. Unique benefits of the property The property caters for a number of people effortlessly. In terms of area it is large for the number of people that it purports to accommodate and it's open plan nature gives an additional feeling of space. For those who want a little privacy and maybe to watch a little TV the "Recreation" room is cut off for mutual privacy. Further more one of the 5 bedrooms also contains a 42" flat screen television with a sofa, games console and DVD player and comes in very handy when the kids want to be a little bit rowdy and you want them out of earshot!! 3 spacious bathrooms ensure adequate facilities to freshen up in the evening prior to maybe a walk to the village for an apperitif or dinner.
