Our 17th century renovated Mas or farmhouse is set in 2/3rds of an acre amidst orchards, on the road between Avignon and St-Rémy-de-Provence ideally situated for exploring Provence. Our outbuildings have been converted to comfortable, fully equipped self-catering Gîtes (guest houses) and our gardens are landscaped to include a 12 x 6m swimming pool, summer house, a pond and waterfall, and secluded seating areas for the use of our guests.
At 500 meters from the village of Rognonas and all its services, you are at an easy walk or drive from four bakeries, one grocery store, two "traiteurs", two bars and three restaurants as well as all the other conveniences of an active village. The city of Avignon's exciting downtown itself is but a seven-minute drive away.
As well as standard self-catered "Gîte" accommodation, we offer a range of services to make Mas Saint-Antoine "more than just a Gîte", ranging from local information services, mini Boule tournaments, to poolside BBQ/Pizza or Provencal evenings under the plane tree - (see Other Services which are organised by the friendly New Zealand owners on site)

The Mas: Sleeps 6 - 8. Four bedrooms (2 double, 2 twin), all with en-suite bathrooms, 3 with en-suite WCs, other bedroom has WC in hallway.Main bedroom ensuite includes a bath. Large living room with TV and DVD player, IPOD docking station with radio and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc and a dining room that comfortably seats 8. Own seperate laundry room with washing machine. All linens and bathroom towels are supplied. Stone pergola over outside dining table and traditional charcoal barbecue. Swimming pool and grounds shared with other guests.
Chez Paul
Rebuilt & renovated stable (50m2). A delightful 1 bedroom attached cottage. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove/hobs, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, radio/CD player etc. IPOD docking station with radio and alarm clock. Lounge includes French TV with DVD player. Seperate lounge and a combined dining/kitchen with window opening onto a private shaded terrace and garden with own gas BBQ and patio furniture. Large bedroom with Queensize bed and ensuite bathroom with separate WC. The bedroom has french doors opening onto your private terrace. The couch in the lounge can foldout to accommodate an additional person at an extra cost. All linens and bathroom towels are supplied. The laundry facilities are shared with the other units. Casa D'Or
Totally rebuilt "porcherie"; 65m2. A ground floor gite with private terrace for outside dining shaded by one of our many grapevines for you to enjoy. Open plan Living/dining/kitchen with windows opening out onto terrace. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. Radio/tape/CD player, IPOD docking station with radio and alarm clock. French TV with DVD player Large main double bedroom with queen size bed and closets with private bathroom. Second bedroom is smaller & has 2 single beds with built in closet and private bathroom. Sebastien
First floor gite, 65m2. Very elegant and spacious apartment with cathedral ceilings and exposed beams. Private entrance in the rear of the gite. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Open plan living/dining/kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas cook top, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, radio/tape/CD player etc. IPOD docking station with radio and alarm clock. French TV with DVD player. Main bedroom with queensize bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has twin beds with its bathroom off the hallway. Laundry room shared with other units. Cabanon

Kiwi
Converted barn, 50m2 with full glass frontage and double doors this lovely self-contained studio gite consists of a brightly painted fitted kitchen with fridge, gas hobs & oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, radio/CD & IPod player with radio and alarm clock. Small separate bathroom with shower and WC off the kitchen. Large bedroom with romantic four posted double bed, divided by a chiffon curtain to a small lounge area with sofa, French TV and DVD player leading out to your own shaded terrace for outside dining. All linens and bathroom towels supplied. Gas BBQ on terrace. Laundry shared with other units. Shared swimming pool and landscaped gardens.

Kitchen starter pack
If you are arriving late or have a full days travelling and don't want to face going out again shopping we can provide a kitchen starter pack or a light evening meal. We try and leave a few bits and pieces in each gîte like washing up liquid, coffee, olive oil etc left by its previous occupants for your use. If you would like to know more please ask for details.
Shuttle Service Airports - We are 15 minutes from Avignon, 50 minutes from either Nimes or Marseille and 80 minutes from Montpellier. Rental cars are available at all airports, however we can arrange collection to and from any airport if required. TGV - We are 10 minutes from the Avignon TGV station and 15 minutes from the Avignon Central Train station. Rental cars are available or we can arrange collection to and from either station if required. Prices on request and bookings can be made up until the day before you arrive.
Babies & Small children
Highchairs, cots, booster seats and a light stroller(suitable for 6 months to 3 years or 15kg) available at no extra cost. We do suggest that you let us know if you require any of these at the time of your booking so they can be reserved. We also have a small selection of toys and buckets and spades for your trip to the beach.
Cycling
We can arrange cycle hire from a local company who deliver and collect . Prices for hire start at 19 for a day to 74 for a week and 120 for a fortnight depending on the type of bike.
