The lovingly furnished villa is a typical Provencal bastide. The well kept site features Mediterranean vegetation (Oleanders, pines, lavender, Bougainvillea, etc). On the ground floor there is a romantic bedroom (140 cm bed) with bathroom and WC, a very well furnished kitchen, a dining room with fireplace and a lovely furnished living room area with TV, hi-fi and DVD player.
There is direct access from the kitchen to a covered terrace (Pergola and vines) with terracotta tiles, garden barbecue, wooden furniture, marble table and an old wine barrel adding to the extra special charm of this terrace. You can stay in the shadow here during the midday sun or drink an aperitif in the evening.
From the terrace there is a great view over the sunny, green garden area of the property. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor (1x 140 cm bed, 2 x 90 cm beds and 190 cm bed) a bathroom and a toilet. The property also features a garage, a boules field and a table tennis table

Notes: The washing machine and large freezer are located in the garage. The outdoor grill is a gas fueled Plancha, as charcoal grills are not permitted in the south of France because they are a possible fire hazard. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels can be rented on if needed, please ask.
The villa is situated in Gigaro, which is right on the sea and 1.8 miles from the center of La Croix Valmer. The property is only 200 meters from Gigaro beach which is also bordered by the Cap Lardier nature reserve.
Here you can find lovely long paths leading to the famous beaches of Pampelonne and St Tropez. There are four restaurants, a small Spar supermarket and a newspaper/souvenir shop on Gigaro beach which are roughly 400 meters from the property. Gigaro is located quietly away from the hustle and bustle of St Tropez. Fear not though, as you can get there in 20 minutes via the wonderful Ramatuelle panoramic coast road. There are countless shopping facilities and many great restaurants in La Croix Valmer and in nearby Cavalaire. It is also not far to the Provencal hillside towns of Gassin, Ramatuelle or Grimaud, all of which have traditional markets. Port Grimaud, the “Venice of the Riviera” is only a half an hour away.
