Our large vacation house is located in the picturesque 'Port Grimaud'. The high-quality furnishing, partially with antique furniture and a lot of attention to details gives the house a personal touch. The 4 bedrooms and the 3 modern bathrooms offer much comfort. The open kitchen with granite counters connects to the dining corner, which is next to the living area, with direct access to the South terrace. There are 3 stairs leading to a small garden, which borders the river 'Giscle'. In the front, the house has a courtyard inviting you to relax and enjoy the evening sun, not only in the summer months. In 5 minutes, you can reach the private sandy beach. Within 20 minutes by car there are other scenic beaches and bays for swimming. In our quiet district 'Port Grimaud-Sud', you can find a bakery, a newspaper kiosk, a bar and a restaurant. An open-air market takes place twice a week and three big supermarkets are within 10 minutes by car.

Notes: 2 teak benches in the dining area in the front courtyard can sit 6 people. There are two extra canvas chairs, various beach furniture and beach toys as well as numerous books and games. 'Port-Grimaud' is located at the end of the St. Tropez Bay. Its natural border is the river 'Giscle', which limits our estate to the south. From here you can reach the beach and town also by waterways. This might be very attractive for water sport lovers. The entire property is secured by guarding personnel, so that the private beach is used almost exclusively by the residents. The back country, which can easily be reached by car, offers a variety of landscapes with picturesque sites. For instance, the mountain village „Grimaud“ with its castle ruins from the 11th century is only 5 km away. From there you have a fantastic view over the entire bay. If you are interested in culture, you can enjoy the numerous museums, exhibits, or concerts in the region. You can also hike along the coast or inland enjoying wonderful views, or take a trip to “Gorges du Verdon“ canyon where a paddle boat tour is a highlight not only for children. Attention: The prices are valid for 6 people and include all the additional costs. Each additional person will be charged 35,- Euro a day during the off-season, 47,- Euro in the low season, and 55,- Euro in the high season.
Linen, hand and beach towels can be rented for 25,- Euro per person. The final cleaning will be charged with 130,- Euro The security deposit is 400,- Euro.
High-Speed Internet Connection (WLAN) is available. You can make free phone calls to the fixed telephone network in 49 countries. Other telephone calls will be deducted from the security deposit according to the bill.
