This charming Provencale house is a large property located in 60 hectares in the vineyards and countryside of Provence. The village of Trans en Provence is just 2km and the larger town of Draguignan is 4 km. A short drive will take you to the beaches of the Cote D'Azur by St Raphael ( 25 km ). All of our past visitors have really enjoyed their holidays here. It is an ideal location for those seeking peace and tranquillity. No traffic and wonderful views . The house is perfect for large groups and provides a high standard of accommodation. The property also is ideal for the outdoor summer living that so typifies this region of the South of France.

All the rooms in the house are furnished in Provencal style and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Accommodation comprises:

Spacious living room with open fire. Dining room with dining table for 12. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen opens directly onto the terrace which features a BBQ and outdoor dining possibilities for 12 as well. Living room with open fire and TV. Four double bedrooms with bathrooms. Bedroom with 4 single beds of which 2 are bunks. Bathroom, single bedroom. 3 Wcs.
Large garden / grounds. Swimming pool, tennis court. Garden furniture.. chaises longues etc . Lovley views of the mountains of Haute Provence from the north terrace and on a clear day you can see the Lion de Terre in St Raphael and the sea from the south Terrace.

This villa is ideally located in beautiful countryside yet within an easy drive of the Mediterranean beaches close to St Raphael or St Maxime. We have been letting this house for over 15 years and all previous guests have been absolutely satisfied. Indeed many have returned !
