This spacious provencal villa is situated on the coast between Frejus/St Raphael and St. Tropez, in its own grounds in a peaceful setting, less than 1km from sandy beaches. The villa has its own private pool (10m x 5m) with child security fence, and it is surrounded by a sunbathing area overlooked from the covered dining/terrace of the villa with BBQ and summer kitchen with fridge. The villa is tastefully furnished and very well equipped. Ground Floor - the living/dining room has Satellite TV with BBC/ITV programmes, DVD with free library, and CD Hi-fi. There is an open plan kitchen with a 4 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, also a washing machine. The double bedroom on this floor has adjacent shower room and WC. On the middle level is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower attachment and WC. On the top floor are two good sized twin rooms plus a room with bunk beds, and shared bathroom with shower attachment, twin washbasins, and a separate WC.

Notes: There are 8 exterior sun beds around the swimming pool, which has a gated security fence. The summer kitchen on the shaded terrace has BBQ and drinks fridge. At the bottom of the gated drive there are spaces for up to 3 cars. The guardian couple live in a small studio at the rear of the property, with separate access and no use of pool or of your garden areas.
The villa is in Les Issambres in a delightful coastal area with many coves and sandy beaches between the towns of Ste Maxime and Frejus-St Raphael each about 15 mins away, at the mouth of the gulf of St Tropez which is easily accessed by ferry boat. The villa is almost equidistant in time between Cannes and St Tropez 45 mins. It is 1 hr from Nice Airport, 1 1/4 hrs from Toulon Hyeres Airport and 1 1/4 hrs from Monaco. 20 mins from TGV St Raphael and 25 mins from A8 auto route at Le Muy. The Gorges du Verdon in the Haute Var are about 1 1/2hrs away in the back country.
