Oustanding luxury villa situated in the hills above Cannes ( Nr Grasses ). 40 mins from Nice Airport. Quiet & private.
Beautiful, spacious villa in charming secure setting with views over wooded valley to sea, in mature garden (1 acre) with citrus/olives/palms. New pool ( The swimming pool is an infinity-edge pool, treated with salt as opposed to all chlorine, and is 12m x 5m, with steps down into it and a sitting-ledge) , and sun terraces.
Tastefully refurbished, large airy rooms, fully equipped kitchen/laundry, BBQ, WiFi/TV/DVD/music . 5 Double bedrooms (master with large sun balcony) and 1 bunk room, sleeps 4 - all ensuite (modern bath and/or shower). 1 double can be twin single beds.
Between mediaeval Mougins and perfume capital of Grasse, easy access to beaches and to Cannes/Antibes, ski-ing, tennis (club with 14 courts and racquet hire within 5 min. drive), golf (3 good courses nearby), riding, karting, village markets, excellent restaurants, nightlife and all the South of France has to offer - traditional or chic!
The villa, having a number of steps and terraces, is not suitable for toddlers or the infirm. If you have small children, please call us and we can explain the layout in more detail.
A "departure clean" is included in in price, although for rentals longer than 1 week, a mid-stay weekly clean is extra at 250*. Additional cleaning available at cost.
The villa has linen and bath and pool towels (not for beach use). Laundry of these items is extra, at 150*. Mid-stay laundry can be arranged, at cost.
There is a very good supermarket within a 5 min. drive and several "superstores" within 20 min. drive, off the A8.
A "welcome pack" of basic provisions can be arranged for your arrival, on request.
Our property managers are on hand nearby for all assistance.

a) Nearest shop is the excellent "E LeClerc" supermarket within 5 mins drive, with extensive fresh fruit/vegetable/meat/fish/delicatessen counters, as well as all other products - smaller specialist bakers and fruit shops within the same distance
b) Nearest restaurant - there are numerous ones, depending on what is required. For good/very good restaurants, there are at least 2 in Grasse, 2 in Bar-sur-Loup (5 - 10 mins drive), 2 in Opio (5 - 10 mins drive), and several in Le Rouret, Valbonne and Mougins (10 - 15 mins drive). There are then many, many more in Cannes, Antibes etc.
c) The Tennis Club de Vignal is less than 5 minutes drive from the house, toward Plascassier. It has some 14 courts, being a variety of tarmac, all weather and clay surfaces. It is a family club, friendly, informal and welcomes visitors - they will lend you tennis racquets on request. There is a bar and family restaurant there as well.
