Situated on the avenue Croix des Gardes, this villa is within walking distance of Cannes, its restaurants, shops, nightlife and beaches as well as being within easy reach of La Bocca and Mandelieu. In its elevated position, it is just out of the bustle yet only 10 minutes to the whole of the bay of Cannes. The Croix des Gardes overlooks Le Suquet and Cannes to the east and La Bocca and La Napoule to the west. There is a solarium suntrap terrace out of the upper floor lounge with panoramic views either way. The villa itself is spacious and elegant. From the entrance hall you enter the main living area: large and open with TV and bar. An arched patio doorway leads out into the garden, directly onto the terrace surrounding the pool. On a slightly higher level there is a covered terrace for outdoor dining. Views from here are across the pool and garden which is private and not overlooked. >From the lounge another archway leads through to a separate dining room and from there you enter the kitchen, all fully equipped and in traditional French style. The dining room has French windows that open out onto the pool terrace and dining area, adjacent to the permanent barbecue. Off the lounge in another direction is a complete master suite of double bedroom with French windows opening out onto pool terrace, pretty apple green bathroom with WC, a study that could be used as a bedroom or dressing area, and another washbasin and WC. On the upper floor, there is another lounge area, which has views over the garden and pool. In this second lounge there is a convertible sofa and a single divan couch. On the same floor there are three bedrooms, one with small double, one with double bed and en suite bathroom and one with twin singles and en suite shower room. There is a further bathroom also on this floor. On the basement level there is a laundry room with a further fridge and freezer as well as a large games room that has a table tennis table and a bar football table. There is space everywhere for people to get away and have some privacy, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the pool and the garden and yet to be close to all the amenities along the coast. - Weekly maid service visit per week & end of stay cleaning
- One set of linen & towels per person is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £18.00/person.
