Accommodation & facilities Choice of excellent 6 person villas with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet and a shower-room. Some of the villas have a second toilet. They are either bungalows or villas with a ground and first floor.
All the villas are furnished to the owners tastes and can slightly differ from the following description : The kitchen area has a dishwasher and washing machine, 4 electric rings, oven, fridge freezer, sink and crockery and cutlery for 6 persons.
The lounges are 33 to 42 msq and have a dining table and 6 chairs, buffet, sofa, and armchairs, coffee table, french windows overlooking the pool area.
There are 6 garden chairs and table.
The villas have a selection of double and single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, bedspread, and pillows.
The villas have sandy plots and tiled swimming pool terraces. The pools are approx 8 x 4 metres. The gardens are grass, sand, decking or nice gravel. Some of the hedges are not very high but there is fencing or walls around your plot of land.
Sorry but No animals.
Barbecues are NOT provided but they are authorised.
There is a garage.

Pool water treatment is often by salt-electrolysis system. The pools have the appropriate legal safety requirements. The pool temperature is approx.22 degrees but dependant on the weather and air temperature.
The pool is approximately 1.30m at the shallow end and 1.70m at the deep end. Please no diving.
The pool will be in use from 15/5.
There is no internet access at the Domaine.

St Jean de Monts is famous for its long sandy beach. The Domaine is near all the facilities of this seaside town , the old market town of St Jean de Monts and the famous international golf course. St Jean de Monts boasts long, sandy beaches and popular beachfront with shops, cafes and a wide choice of excellent restaurants; an older part of town with a lovely church and interesting market and excellent indoor food hall of local produce; a firstclass golf course, the lovely forest footpaths and cycle tracks - a good base for visitng the local area. An ideal holiday location! There is even a footpath/bicycle exit from the Domaine to the forest road. There are many beautiful beaches in the area and just inland from the coast, a wide variety of preserved nature trails through the marshes, by bike, on foot, or by canoe even by moonlight with specialist guides. There are many interesting museums to visit - local salt producers have opened their doors to visitors, boat making museums, and aquariums - lots of variety. Or for more sporty : there are water parks, quad bikes, paint ball or even an interesting adventure trail through the pine trees with swings and rope ladders!
