PLEASE NOTE THAT A NUMBER OF OTHER SIMILAR VILLAS ARE AVAILABLE HERE SO IF THE FIRST CHOICE IS NOT AVAILABLE WE CAN USUALLY OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE .The Sleep 6 villas can be semi or detached bungalows or villas with a ground and first floor, each with a large lounge 33- 42 m² with French windows overlooking the swimming pool terraces, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath room and 1 shower room and either 1 or 2 toilets with its OWN HEATED SWIMMING POOL. The houses have a total living area of 84-100 m² with the lounges 33-42 m², fully fitted kitchens 11 m², and the 3 bedrooms approx. 9.81 to 12 m². Each villa has a private heated pool of approx 8 x 4 metres. The pool temperature is approx.22 degrees dependant on weather. Please note:there is no «safety fence» around the pool, so extra attention would be needed if young children are in your party. There is a washing machine, iron and hoover in every house.

St Jean de Monts is famous for its long sandy beach. The Domaine is near all the facilities of this seaside town , the old market town of St Jean de Monts and the famous international golf course. St Jean de Monts boasts long, sandy beaches and popular beachfront with shops, cafes and a wide choice of excellent restaurants; an older part of town with a lovely church and interesting market and excellent indoor food hall of local produce; a firstclass golf course, the lovely forest footpaths and cycle tracks - a good base for visitng the local area. An ideal holiday location! There is even a footpath/bicycle exit from the Domaine to the forest road. There are many beautiful beaches in the area and just inland from the coast, a wide variety of preserved nature trails through the marshes, by bike, on foot, or by canoe even by moonlight with specialist guides. There are many interesting museums to visit - local salt producers have opened their doors to visitors, boat making museums, and aquariums - lots of variety. Or for more sporty : there are water parks, quad bikes, paint ball or even an interesting adventure trail through the pine trees with swings and rope ladders!

Notes to the rental rates
Week only bookings possible in August at a supplement of 75.
Special possibility of pay per night for holidays over 7 nights ie 8 or 9 or 10 or however many nights you wish !(not available July nor August). Taxe de sejour is 0.40 euros per person . Electricity is extra before the 30/06 and after 01/09, a standard charge of 35 euros in July and August to cover pool heating. There is a cot and high chair for hire, and extra maid services too. Sheets pillowcases and towels are included in above price, if you want your beds made up , cost 5 euros per bed, and more may be hired at reception. Hotel service option : Sheets, towels, TV, beds made up on arrival, final clean (except kitchen and washing up), change of linen after 1 week (ask for the 2007 price). Breakfast (ordered well in advance) 9 euros per person. Please note all villas have different furnishings dependant on owners tastes, especially in some houses they have different numbers of double and single beds. All houses are furnished to the owners tastes and can differ from the description.
SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSIT is payable on arrival with credit card 980 euros. A maid service is available if you do not wish to clean your villa ( ask for cost). Cleaning charges will be debited from your card after your departure : 27 euros per hour spent by the cleaning staff. Hotel service option : Sheets, towels, TV, beds made up on arrival, final clean (except kitchen and washing up). Change of linen after 1 week ( ask for cost). Breakfast (ordered well in advance) 9 euros per person.
