A traditional French holiday home situated on the boundary of the Parc National de l'Esterel and only 20 minutes drive into Cannes. The pretty sandy beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, where there are some facilities for water sports. The Parc is renowned for its beauty and is on one of the most scenic stretches of the coast road. The property itself, although just off the coast road, is quiet and peaceful. The garden has many flat areas and terraces for children to play on, and the paddling pool, good-sized swimming pool (4m X 10m) and table tennis table provide much entertainment. The villa has five bedrooms, all very comfortable, with wonderful views and access to terraces. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and is decorated in Provenal shades of blue and yellow. Down a spiral staircase there is a master bathroom which is very spacious. It has a full-sized bath, shower corner, double basin, bidet and W.C. On the first floor are three bedrooms, a small double (120cms.) and two twin rooms which have pretty blue furnishings. These three bedrooms have access to a large sunny terrace and they share a shower room and W.C. The top floor is one huge room with four single beds and a bathroom and is Ideal for children. However care needs to be taken with the low level window in this room. (There is also a small single bedroom with shower room which is accessed independently from the garden and could be used for a guest or nanny). On the ground floor is a living area, consisting of a dining area with two dining tables and a cosy T.V. room with satellite T.V. and music system. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob & oven. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer and extra fridge/freezer. Also on this level is a separate W.C. With the comfort and facilities offered with this villa, the sea views and proximity to the beaches, it is the ideal venue for a family holiday or for two families sharing.

Prices includes:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- Weekly maid service visit per week & end of stay cleaning
- One set of linen & towels per person is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £18.00/person.
