Villa Raquel is a modern, spacious three bedroom villa located in the traditional French village of Nissan-Lez-Ensérune, just ten minutes from Beziers and fifteen minutes from the Med. The villa is situated just two minutes walk from the village square. The secluded garden is 1200m² and surrounded by an 8ft wall with lockable gates. Within is a private 8m x 4m swimming pool with a retractable cover. The pool utilises an automated salt chlorination system which is better for your skin and hair and prevents red eyes. Part of the garden is decked with an outdoor dining table suitable for alfresco dining for ten. There is an outdoor chimney style barbecue. The living room has two comfortable sofas both of which are convertible into king-size beds. There is a television that receives British channels and a DVD player. The indoor dining area seats up to ten. The kitchen is well appointed and the three bedrooms are tastefully decorated. There is a shower room and separate WC.
Villa Raquel is located in Nissan-Lez-Ensérune, situated between Beziers and Narbonne. Nissan is five minutes from the beautiful Canal du Midi and fifteen minutes from the Med beaches. It is surrounded by vineyards and is a typical Languedoc village, with restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a traditional street market Tue, Thu & Sat mornings. Nearby is the town of Beziers (10 minutes), with the picture-postcard Cathedral rising above the river and the old-town full of shops, boutiques and restaurants. Vineyards dominate the landscape in the hills around Beziers. Choose between the lively beach resorts of Valras Plage (15 minutes) and Cap D'Agde (30 minutes) or the sedate beaches of Vendres and Fluery (both 15 minutes). Eat fish in Sete (40 min), famous for the canals and Venetian buildings. Drive into the mountains to taste the wine from the St Chinian AOC vineyards. Visit the stunning fortified city of Carcassone. Or brave white water rafting at Roquebrune.

Notes to the rental rates
Rental includes gas, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, linen and bath towels. Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Access from 4pm, departure by 10.00 am.
A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of GBP 200/Euro 300 is required at the time of payment of the balance of the rental fee.
