Le Rayol is situated west of St. Tropez on a beautiful stretch of unspoiled coastline. The four star hotel Bailli de Suffren overlooks the beach and provides excellent beach side dining. The villa is 200m from the beach along a quiet road and path. It has a large terrace for outside entertaining and a well established private garden, a basement games room and swimming pool. The villa has two levels the upper level has four double bedrooms each with en suite shower room and private balcony. All rooms are air conditioned and overlook the terraced garden. The lower level has a living room furnished in 'art Deco' style leading to a large balcony and banquet style table that sits 12 and a stainless steel gas BBQ with rotisserie and single hob. The kitchen is new and modern with all the usual equipment and an espresso machine. On this level there is a bunk room consisting of 4 single beds each with their own beach style locker there is a bathroom adjacent and a TV Room.

There are plenty of water sport activities to be enjoyed in the area, diving courses, jet skies, water skiing, board sailing, pedalos. There is a quaint village nearby with all the usual convenience shops.
The villa is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, there are wonderful walks in the surrounding area and hills and dedicated cycling paths along the coast . The local village is a ten minute walk away with restaurants, post office, boulangerie, newsagent, a grocery shop and other convenience stores. In season the village hosts a market for local traders every Friday. For the teenager there is evening entertainment at the beach cafe disco, the Tropicana in nearby Canadel. For the nature lovers the villa is a few minutes walk from the Domaine du Rayol Botanical Gardens where summer concerts are held. In nearby Le Lavandou one can catch a short ferry ride to the beautiful Islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles. Water sports including skiing, wake boarding, jet skis etc. are available at the nearby village of Cavaliere. The villa is just a two minute walk to the four star Bailli de Suffren hotel which provides wonderful beachside dining.
