Large beautiful villa with breathtaking sea views 7 Bedrooms, 2 en-suite shower rooms, 2 family bathrooms & a guest wc in San Peire/ Les Issambres - close to Ste Maxime.
The property is on two levels and all bedrooms are doubles and have sea views. There are five bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom upstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom with shower downstairs as well a guest cloakroom. There is a large sitting room and open plan dining room, newly installed modern kitchen with all mod cons including a large range cooker. Downstairs there is also a large playroom, a utility room and garage with pool table. The sitting room, dining room and playroom all open onto the terrace where there is a large table and plenty of pool furniture. The swimming pool has an electric safety cover.
The villa is located on the hillside above the village of San Peire which is a five minute drive away and has a supermarket and other shops including a pharmacy. There is a market every Monday morning. The area has several white sandy beaches and also many interesting little coves for those who prefer to get away from it all! Water sports are abundantly available as are wonderful restaurants and beach bars. The area also boasts several excellent golf courses of which St Maxime and Beauvallon are the most famous. San Peire has a small marina from where it is possible to take a ferry across to St Tropez. Nearby St Maxime is a bustling town with great shopping, a covered market and restaurants and bars.

£500.00 refundable deposit with each booking 30% of rental secures property and the balance to be paid including refundable deposit 8 weeks prior to to rental period. Cancellation charges: 30% of rental if cancelled 90 days prior to rental period. 50% of total if cancellation is made between 60-90 days prior to rental period, 100% of rental if cancellation is made 60 days or less prior to rental period. Guests and the belongings stay at the villa at their own risk. No responsibility can be taken for loss or damage to personal property .
