A superb Provencal villa situated in extensive sub-tropical gardens of 2,000 sq m, yet only 700m from the Place Honore Cresp and the Casino! Walking distance to shops. The house and garden face south with views out towards the Mediterranean. The garden, which is terraced, is rich with olive, orange and lemon trees, as well as rosemary, bay, thyme, gardenia and roses. The swimming pool, on the highest level, is 20m long and up to 2.5m deep. There is a pool house with a shower and WC, plus kitchen facilities. Garden and pool lighting. The gardener takes care of the garden and pool. Whilst the house is over 100 years old it has been beautifully renovated to today's standards and can accommodate 6-8 persons in comfort. There is also an extra self-catering apartment for 2, making 10 in total. Amenities include a radio, TV, CD, telephone.
