This is a charming villa which is situated in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes stroll to St Cyprien Marina, which is on the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and beautiful mountains. There are also many beach bar/restaurants that are close by where you will have the most spectacular views of the mountains, sea and sunsets. The property is only a 25 minute drive from Perpignan Airport or 2 hours from Girona (Barcelona) Airport. Free logs for the fire as well as pool heating for Christmas and the New Year. There are fireworks at the marina at New Year as well as Canet and Colliure.
Linen is available for E15 per person per week - this includes a throw and duvet in the winter months.
