Charming villa in superb position close to sandy beach and the town of St Marc. We have let this house for ovre 12 years and receive nothing but praise. Still some high season dates left for 2009.

A beautiful villa ideally situated around 150 m from the sandy beaches of St Marc and 200m from the village shops. The bright lights of La Baule are also within easy reach as well as trips along the Loire and the Vendee . The villa accommodation comprises : Spacious and comfortable living / dining room, TV. Saint Marc is a charming seaside village situated close to Sainte Marguerite and La Baule in the Loire Atlantique. Located between South Brittany and the Vendee this area is renowned for its climate and varied attractions. A short distance to the south is the mighty river Loire and the gateway to the Vendee and the West coast. Excursions to such places of interest as the Ile de Normoutier to the south or the Gulf of Morbihan to the north are within easy reach . Closer by are the vast sandy beaches of La Baule and Pornichet which contrast to the smaller beaches and sand dunes of St Marc and Ste Marguerite.
