This villa is set in an elevated position overlooking the village of Tourrettes Sur Loup with uninhibited views to the Baie des Anges and the sea. The area is extremely peaceful, private and yet only a few minutes' walk to the village where there are numerous restaurants, local shops and central square. Tourrettes is a medieval village with its own Chteau and many local historical points of interest as well as its ftes of St. Arnoux and Madeleine in July, its firework display and ball on the 14th July and its Festival de la Musique in both July and August. The villa itself is rustic Provenal style built in two distinct halves though with communicating, curving stone staircase. Entering the main door, you come into a large beamed living room with dining area. Large feature fireplace provides a focal point and the dining area opens out onto a terrace that overlooks the valley to the sea. The kitchen area adjacent also opens onto this terrace where there is ample space and furniture for dining outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge oven and hob. Authentic stone sink. There are two bedrooms on this level. One bedroom with double bed, has French windows opening onto a south-facing terrace as well as bathroom adjacent and a walk-in wardrobe dressing area. A second bedroom on this level has double bed and has access independently to the terrace. Descending the stone stairs, you come to a shower room and separate W.C. Here there is a further living room with coin de cuisine and a third very large bedroom with enormous double bed (two 4' mattresses on 8' base that can be made up separately if required). This bedroom also has a bathroom en suite with WC. The lower floor makes an ideal guest suite as it can be shut off from the upper floor, and also has its own external separate access. Two additional guests could be accommodated on the lower floor in the living area on folding beds. The strimmed garden has many shaded areas and is full of shrubs, orange and olive trees. Access to the garden is from either level and the lower rooms have direct access to the pool and terrace. The pool is approximately 10 x 4.5 metres. There are ample sun beds and garden furniture. Parking in the garage for one car or on the gravel forecourt to the side of the villa. The grounds are completely enclosed, safe for children, and are not overlooked, the nearest villa being about 200 metres away. There is access from the upper floor terrace to a roof terrace (unsuitable for children) via some external stone stairs. This solarium has completely clear views of the mountains, Loup valley, Tourrettes sur Loup village and a distant panoramic view of the coast and sea. Phone available, T.V.
