A recently-built villa situated on the slope above the sandy crescent bay of Miramar/La Figuerette and approximately 20 kilometres from Cannes. With three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and one shower room this is the ideal villa for three couples to have equal accommodation in such a beautifully presented villa. With mature gardens boasting plentiful yuccas, Villa Tropicana is very private with secure fencing and remote-controlled gate entrance at the rear of the villa. Parking for up to three cars. Pool is 9 x 4.5 metres directly in front of the villa and is surrounded by paved and grassed areas. Electric Barbecue. On the ground floor there is a large open living space in an L-shape with primrose stress-painted units in the kitchen area: electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, micro-wave, and dishwasher. Washing machine is in a separate utility room with sink. The kitchen opens into the dining area of the salon with comfortable chairs and glass topped table. Informal sofa seating in the salon with TV, DVD, Radio. Access from the salon and dining area to two terraces, one under a pergola for outdoor dining and the other to the terrace over-looking the pool. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 1 with wrought iron framed double bed has maroon/rust Provenal-tiled en suite bathroom and access to the upper terrace above the pool. Bedroom 2 has similar facilities with brightly checked canary and white tiling and access to rear terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom three has sea view window with no terrace and adjacent shower room and WC. The dcor is very pretty all hand-painted in co-ordinating colours. Locally there is one general store, Le Trayas train station within walking distance as well as the local beach and numerous good restaurants in the bay. The area verges on the National Park of the Esterel, where there are unlimited walking and mountain biking trails through the red rock hillsides. For such quality and precision to detail, the villa is very reasonably priced.

Prices includes:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- Weekly maid service visit per week & end of stay cleaning
- One set of linen & towels per person is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £18.00/person.
