This spacious house offering every comfort (300 m²) as well as a great deal of charm and characte .The three ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto the garden.
The property has a large private fenced, heatable swimming pool (12x6m), a new tennis court, a ping-pong table and a big trampoline for children and adults, and is entirely quiet and private. The house is fully equipped with clothes washer, dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, and full kitchen and dining utensils and appliances.
The house is seated on 4 acres of land in a lovely, often spectacular Riviera countryside, with very nice views over the surrounding hills. There are several very pretty perched medieval villages in the viscinity of the house, with food stores, wine, and restaurants, including Coursegoules, Bezaudun, Vence, St Paul de Vence, and others. The house is less than 5 minutes by car from the nearest village, which has restaurants, bakery and food store, and beautifull views as well.
The major coastal towns including Cannes, Nice, Monaco are easily accessible, including Italy which is just down the coast.
For your guidance, the house is not remote or isolated. Though there are neighbours, including farmers, the the house and grounds are entirely private.

The house and garden is well equipped for a large group with great tennis court, ping pong table, swimming pool as well as plenty of places to relax and joy the peace and quiet. Inside it is well kitted out and provides all essential items including washing machine, kids games, extensive library, lots of garden furniture, etc. The housekeeper was also happy to provide meals at a reasonable rate. Ideal location for anyone who wants peace & quiet. We had an excellent week there. Lots of beds so good for an extended family group. We enjoyed the swimming pool & tennis court. A car is a must for getting to local towns & villages. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
