Situated in the perfect location from which to explore the Cote d'Azur, this villa is located above the coast, south facing with sun all day and stunning sea views. Secure behind electric gates with video entry and parking for 6 cars.. There are private sun terraces and a 12 X 4 mtr. swimming pool set in well maintained gardens.
The Villa is just a twenty minute drive from Nice airport, to the East of Nice in the direction of Monaco.
A large, elegantly furnished property, with french doors opening onto wonderful terraces with magnificent sea views. The Villa is light and airy, with cool marble tiled floors and pale walls. The attractively coordinated and comfortable bedrooms have wooden parquet floors. Steps to the pool area with its superb private 12 x 4 metre heated infinity pool with latest saline purification, poolside loungers, parasols, dining table and poolhouse with shower changing room and WC. There is also a built in barbeque for enjoying al fresco meals in the lovely garden. The villa is divided into two fully equipped self contained apartments, each with its own entrance, so can be taken as a whole or separately. One apartment sleeping 6 and the other 4.

Spacious comfortable lounge and annexed dining area for six, with french doors opening onto 70 sq.metre terrace with fabulous sea views, sunloungers and dining for 10. Lounge equipped with Sky Satellite TV, DVD, Video and Stereo. Modern fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven plus 4 plate hob, large fridge freezer with instant icemaker, iron and ironing board etc.

Location: The Villa is located above the coast. Perfectly placed for exploring the whole coastline. It is a 10 minute drive to Nice or 20 minutes to Monaco and a little further to the Italian border. Less than 10 minutes to the three most exclusive bays of Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu sur Mer and Villefranche sur Mer. The lovely coastal train can be picked up in either Beaulieu or Villefranche which will take you into Italy(17 miles) via Monaco or to Cannes via Nice. Click this link for more on the local area .
Eating out: Its a 300m walk to the nearest local restaurant. All along the coast the resaurants and terrace cafés are wonderful, from Michelin Starred to reasonably priced, many right on the ports with such romantic views.

Renal prices shown are in Euros for the Villa. We can offer rental rates for the apartments on request. These prices are fully inclusive of all necessary amenities, including Electricity, Water, Linen, Towels, Unlimited Internet, Sky TV, Pool Maintenance and the final Clean. There are no hidden extra charges. If you require the pool to be heated (only needed in winter) there will be a charge of 130 Euros per week, please notify us well in advance of your arrival. We can of course arrange car hire, maid service and baby sitting for you while you enjoy your stay at the Villa or Apartment.
