As you climb up the short distance inland through the country lanes from the resort of Stalos (one of the the closest to the old town of Chania), you see ahead crowning the top of one of the hills a small cluster of prestigious villas. Villa Yianis is the very top property enjoying amazing views over open countryside, Chania and the sea beyond.
A most superb family villa or to be precise two villas in one, this most unusual property is just perfect for two families wishing to holiday together or a large party to enjoy as it has two swimming pools. The top half of the villa has a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge/dining area with feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD. Patio doors open out onto a well furnished balcony with those glorious views of the sea and there is a cloakroom with WC also located by the main entrance. The rustic style open plan kitchen comes complete with small dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Stairs then lead up to a pretty twin and double bedroom (two beds together),which share a family shower room with WC, whilst the master double bedroom has full bathroom en-suite with Jacuzzi bath. Patio doors open out onto a balcony and again those lovely views.
On the ground floor level the living accommodation is a clone of the upstairs and has exactly the same facilities. It is reached via a separate entrance from the lower level, swimming pool and sun terraces and is of open plan design. Leading off from one side is a double bedroom (two beds together) and this has full bathroom en-suite with Jacuzzi bath and patio doors onto the pool terrace. Finally on the opposite side of the lounge is a further pretty double, plus a smaller double bedroom and these share a family bathroom with washing machine located here.
All bedrooms have portable sized TV linked to the main system.

The outside area is simply delightful! The top specious terraces face inland towards the mountains and catch the sun all day. There is a large covered eating area with brick built barbeque and seating for 12, whilst the 9 metre pool has steps into a shallow end for children with railed off paddling area. A dozen or so steps then lead down the side of the villa to the lower level and here there are most spacious terraces, a second barbeque and a wonderful infinity 8 metre swimming pool, which faces the sea in the distance and has a Jacuzzi at one end and a shallow paddle area at the other.
A great family orientated villa in a peaceful location with stunning views and the sea front , shops and restaurants just a 10 minute drive down the hill. Early booking is highly recommended.
