Situated near to the most beautiful beaches of the coast Etrusca. It is endowed with all the comforts. Great park of ownership with pinasters, junipers, laurels, eucalyptuses, boss and a lot of motley flowers. The zone endowed with barbecue, tables, chairs, where you can have lunch or have dinner together with your friends only surrounded from the green of the pinaster. The apartments are endowed with very great terraces and porches. What distinguishes this villa is the convenience to be near to the sea and at the same time It is close to all facilities: restaurants, supermarket, shops and cafès are just 500 m.away. Also this year (2009) the house will be restructured: renewal the furnishing, renovation and extension of balconies and the porches, extend the bathroom.
