A lovely villa that sleeps 7, This is a perfect location to keep everybody happy. Just five minutes on foot to sandy beaches or the pinewoods, 200 mts from tennis courts. At the bottom of the road a cycle path links the Marina to the 'little Athens' of the historical town of Pietrasanta with its beautiful square, restaurants, bars and shops, the bus stop at 40 mts also links these two centres. The sea road is at 1 km for connecting buses to Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the promenade and Carnival town of Viareggio or Forte dei Marmi. Same direction for nightlife of discos and bars. Air con on ground and first floor. Large pool side area offers sunbathing and al fresco dining with a sun canopy.
Ground floor: Open plan living/dining room with a veranda and canopy for dining in the shade.A well equipped kitchen also leads to the pool area with an additional remote control canopy. Shower room and single bedroom.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms with balconies , one with mountain views, bunk bed room, bathroom with separate shower cubicle.
Additional sleeping quarters that may be available at a supplement : On request a large basement area can be opened up with shower room, idea for teenagers, will host 4 additional guests in single beds.
Lots of restaurants are within walking distance.
