CASA STELLA LUCIA 1: The first house has a large open-plan living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen area (including dishwasher). The living area opens out onto a large terrace, also equipped for dining, with views of the swimming pool and surrounding countryside. There is also a W.C and utility room (with washing machine) on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads up to the hallway with a small terrace to take advantage of the view of the lush mountainside, rich with greenery. On the first floor you will find a double room with a fantastic view of the infinity pool, a single room (possible to have as a small twin room) also with a great view, another double room with an en-suite shower room and additional full bathroom with W.C, bath tub and shower.
CASA STELLA LUCIA 2: The second house also has an open plan living/dining area with a large dining table being the centrepiece of one side of the room. A kitchen area leads off from the dining area and is fully equipped including dishwasher/coffee machine. There is also a W.C on the ground floor.
A wide iron and wood staircase curves up to the first floor where you will find a double room with a full en-suite bathroom, and once again fantastic views! A small single room with a terrace. A twin room, a twin/double and a W.C/shower room with two basins.
The outside area of the property is well maintained with generous amounts of space for relaxing/sunbathing. It is possible to split the large terrace into two with shrubbery for more privacy should the house be let as two separate properties.
The village of Capezzano Pianore is only 500m away where you will find a restaurant, butcher, grocer, pharmacy. The Medieval town of Pietrasanta is a 10 minute drive away.
The sea is 10/15 minutes away by car. Casa Stella Lucia is ideal for those who enjoy walking as there are several established walking routes in the locality.
