With meadows bordering onto woods of elm and oak trees, Selvatellino has a wonderful open outlook onto sunflowers fields and Tuscan countryside giving a real feel of "Campagna". Transformed from an old hamlet into warm and lovingly furnished apartments. There is a nice pool area where occasionally clients may gather for wine tasting or informal get together.
Situated almost half between Siena and S. Gimignano, in perfect setting, ensuring peace and quiet, Selvatellino offers attractively furnished self-contained apartments. With an open outlook on the surrounding countryside it offers a lovely pool with solarium, ample parking area and a reception service. An excellent base for visiting most of Tuscany's major places of interest and only a few minutes from the nearby village of Pivescola - for basic shopping - whilst supermarkets can be found in Colle val d'Elsa, approx. 14 kms away. TERRAZZO Studio Apartments Apartments for 2 pax. Approx. size 45 sq mt. Two self-contained ground-floor apartments each enjoying a covered patio-terrace with table and chairs and excellent panoramic views. Attractively furnished. Spacious living-dining room with fireplace, doors to patio and open plan kitchen (4 gas hobs and oven, fridge and separate freezer - one also have its washing machine). A few steps up from the living area will lead you to the concealed open plan double bedroom area. Bathroom with bath tub and hand shower/WC. Satellite TV.
