Description : This imposing detached villa stands in a good-sized natural garden shaded by tall pine trees and decorated with terracotta flower pots. It is situated in a quiet avenue in one of the best locations in Marina di Pietrasanta, approximately 700m from the sea. The children's park, general shops, boutiques, bars and a selection of excellent family run trattorie are just a few minutes walk. The kitchen is located at the rear of the villa and opens out onto a large paved veranda equipped with table and chairs for 10 persons and a gas barbeque. Another arched, terracotta paved terrace with chairs and drinks table is located at the front of the house, overlooking the secluded private garden. Outdoor living arranged so that guests can make the most of al fresco life. Separate from the kitchen is a dining room with an oak table and chairs for more formal dining. The general living area is spacious and furnished with rattan seating, the kind of furniture that one finds in a summer home. The upstairs flooring is wooden parque which adds character to the villa. The master double bedroom and a single bedroom are located at the front of the house and open out onto terrace.

Once you have reserved a parasol or canopy - that spot is yours for the duration of the stay. Use it as little or as often as you like, relaxed in the knowledge that no-one else will be sitting under your parasol should you decide to cool off in the sea after a tiring day sightseeing. FINAL/END OF WEEK CLEANING £10 per person per week for final cleaning/end of week cleaning charges (excluding infants under 2 years) these will be added automatically to your invoice. SUNDAY ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES This is very difficult and costly to organise! If we can arrange it, a £50 supplement is payable per Sunday.
INVENTORY DEPOSITS €155 - €520 depending on property payable by returning the Consignment of Key form to our office prior to departure.
