Imposing detached villa, set in a good sized garden with its own swimming pool and in a very sought after location of Fiumetto in Marina di Pietrasanta, close to the cycle track leading through the pinewoods to the sea. Convenient for food shops including a delicatessen, fruit shop, butchers, locals bar, the tennis club (floodlit) and just a few minutes walk to an excellent trattoria. The ample garden surrounding the house is completely fenced.
The interior is designed to offer a large party of guests their own privacy within the villa. Entrance is via the main hall which leads into the spacious sitting room/dining area overlooking the garden and pool. The covered veranda is equipped with table and chairs. The main staircase leads to the principal bedroom area, here are 1 double bedroom, 1 large twin, 1 small bedroom with bunkbeds. 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. A further double bedroom with terrace is located up a few steps on a higher level. From the kitchen, a few steps down lead to a large self-contained studio with a kitchen corner, then into a walk through vestibule area. 1 double bedroom and a shower room. The studio leads out onto another covered terrace (with drinks table and chairs) overlooking the garden at the front of the house.
