(The same cycle path leads to the old town of Pietrasanta in the opposite direction.)
Villa Marina stands on one floor. The land is shared with 2 small villas which stands on the opposite side of the very big landscaped garden, this is separated by fencing for the summer months to maintain privacy. Washing machine for comunal use is in the garden area.
