HEATING: Bridgewater's Bellaglen villas and apartments are heated during the winter period November to March. Individual heating charges are available on request.
INVENTORY DEPOSITS: A security deposit of €520 is required ,to be held by us against unpaid local accounts or damages. You can pledge the security deposit by Credit Card authorisation,which is cancelled as soon as we receive advice from Italy that no charges are due.
